2. Central Europe: The central part
of Europe is the most beautiful part of Europe. Mostly covered with the Alps,
it is one of the most picturesque locations in Europe. It includes countries
like Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. Switzerland is the most
popular not only in Europe, but in the whole world.
3. Eastern Europe: The Eastern part
of Europe has emerged in the last decade. For years western and central Europe was
the main choice of travelers, but now Eastern Europe has also become popular.
Countries like Czech Republic, Slovenia, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Poland and
Hungary are famous among travelers. Russia can be included as well, as it is a
part of Eastern and Northern Europe.
4. Scandinavia: The Northern Part
of Europe is called Scandinavia. Just like Eastern Europe, it has also gained
popularity in the last decade or so. Scandinavian countries include Finland,
Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Russia. Though Iceland is also in North Europe, but
it’s not an active part of Scandinavia due to its close proximity to Greenland
and the Arctic.
5. Southern Europe: Southern European Nations are famous for its
Beaches, Seaside Resorts and Humid climate. These countries are near the
Mediterranean Sea and have a Mediterranean culture. Southern European countries
include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Greece and Turkey. These are places
flooded with tourists who like a warmer form of Europe.
